it somewhat tells my mind to that I am ready for for the next round of yummy siomai.

I have be a fan of siomai, in general, since I was a child. Pork siomai is my favorite. I love having it with lots of chili garlic sauce on top and a dip composed of soy sauce, calamansi, and crushed siling labuyo. Chili garlic sauce is something that help increase my appetite when eating siomai. Not only does it taste good, it also has the right amount of spice that goes well with my steamed siomai. This is the reason why I always make my own chili garlic sauce at home. I will be sharing the recipe and video of it soon.
